All Students,
Congratulations and welcome to the Athletes to Authors program!
General Information
Submit all required information, including, a brief essay about a historical minority figure, a one paragraph autobiography, and a photo. In exchange for these items you will receive a complimentary pair of track shoes. This also means you have to tell us your accurate shoe size.
Fundraising Opportunity
Your team can sell your school personalized book of essays for fundraising purposes. The book will have each teammate’s photo and bio next to the essay they wrote. During your fundraiser, your school team receives eighty percent (80%) of all funds created from the books your team sells after cost. This is a fast way to raise a large amount money for your team.
Becoming an Author
This book is a wonderful gift for family and friends. Imagine years later, a future student may use your book as a resource for an assignment. Your family and community will be proud of you becoming an author at such a young age.
