Karen Sharp from KOST 103.5 really supports helping the community so she naturally loved the 5KaDay4Food Challenge and interviewed L’Mio live on radio to help out. The 5KaDay4Food Challenge helps fund a charity that gives people affected by Covid19 free weekly groceries so they can feed their family.
